Fantasy Football Results - Week 7

Tackling Dummies 91
Polarbear Express 104

Arian Foster (25 carries for 115 yards and 2 TD’s, 5 catches for 119 yards and a TD [234 total yards] and 40 points.) had a big day on Sunday, but Drew Brees (31-35 for 325 yards and 5 TD’s for 43 points.) had an even bigger day, as the Express rolled to the number one spot in the league with a victory over the struggling Dummies, who lost their 6th straight match.

Choirboys 57
Missouri Crushers 76

Low point totals from running backs and receivers spelled trouble for the Choirboys as they were upset by the lowly Crushers.  The Crushers won for the second straight week without a starting quarterback.  John Beck (22-37 for 279 yards 2 TD’s [1 passing, 1 rushing] and an INT for 21 points) led both teams in points.  The loss dropped the Choirboys to a three-way tie for first.

10th street titans 67
Metal Maniacs 94

Matt Schaub (18-23 for 296 yards and 2 TD’s) and Adrian Peterson (24 carries for 175 yards and a TD) both scored 23 points, as the Maniacs grabbed a big victory over the titans and stayed in playoff contention. The titans take a big fall to eighth place in the league.

Fumbles and Stumbles 89
Autobots 73

Last year’s runners-up are in danger on not making the championship round, as the Autobots tumbled against the Fumbles and Stumbles.  Aaron Rodgers (24-30 for 335 yards for 3 TD’s) led all scorers with 31 points. The Fumbles continue their climb up the ladder to a third place tie in the division.

Kittycat365 55
Green-Ellis & Ham (formerly PutYoNameOnIt) 90

A new nickname halfway through the season didn’t hurt, as Green-Ellis & Ham defeated Kittycat365.  Greg Jennings (7 catches for 147 yards and a TD for 20 points) was one of six players in double figures.  The loss drops Kittycat365 out of a tie first in the division.

The SJM ThunderCats 90
First Down Syndrome125

DeMarco Murray set a team record with 235 yards (31 points), as the Syndrome destroyed the ThunderCats.  Cam Newton’s (18-23 for 256 yards and a TD [10 carries for 59 yards and a TD] for 27 points) big day wasn’t enough as the ThunderCats fall further from playoff contention halfway through the season.

PVR Wasted Bandwidth 57
WITD Radio 60

Darren Sproles (12 carries for 88 yards [106 total yards]) scored 2 TD’s [1 rushing, 1 receiving], as WITD Radio won their second straight game, beating PVR. Kevin Kolb (18-34 for 272 yards, 2 TD’s and an INT for 22 points) was the only bright spot for PVR, who fall to a last place tie with WITD Radio in the division.
