Fantasy Football Results - Week 12

Choirboys 93
First Down Syndrome 69

The Baltimore Ravens defense had 9 sacks and an INT (19 points) and Lance Moore scored two TD’s (17 points), as the Choirboys became the first team to clinch a playoff spot in the Championship round, defeating the Syndrome.  The Syndrome can clinch their own spot next week with a victory over the streaking ThunderCats.

Polarbear Express 111
Kittycat365 114

Drew Brees had the highest point total of the week (24-38 for 363 yards and 5 TD’s for 44 points).  But it wasn’t enough, as the Express fell four points short against Kittycat365.  Tom Brady led the charge for Kittycat365, who can control their destiny with two more victories. The Express would have won the close battle, had they started Greg Little (5 catches for 57 yards and a TD for 12 points) instead of Julio Jones (no points).

PVR Wasted Bandwidth 82
Fumbles and Stumbles 83

Aaron Rodgers scored 34 points (22-33 for 307 yards and 2 TD’s), as the Fumbles won their fourth straight over the upset-minded PVR, and maintained their half game lead in Division 2. PVR had big games from Ryan Fitzpatrick (26-39 for 264 yards and 3 TDs for 34 points) and Beanie Wells (27 carries for 227 yards and a TD for 26 points), but didn’t have any more support.

10th street titans 95
Metal Maniacs 62

The Maniacs reign as league champions is slowly coming an end, as they lost their 4th straight; this time, to the titans.   Eli Manning threw for over 400 yards (27 points) to lead the titans, who broke a three game losing streak. Wes Welker (8 catches for 115 yards and 2 TD’s for 23 points) was the only bright spot for the Maniacs, who are currently out of the playoff hunt.

The SJM ThunderCats 129
Missouri Crushers 72

Victor Cruz showed his all-fantasy form (9 catches for 157 yards and 2 TD’s for 27 points.), as the ThunderCats won their 4th straight game with a convincing victory over the hapless Crushers. The ThunderCats’ climbed to the 8th slot in the playoff hunt with a chance to sneak into the championship round with two games left.

Tackling Dummies 91
Autobots 67

Marshawn Lynch led all scorers with 19 points (131 total yards and a TD), as the Dummies defeated the Autobots.  Chris Johnson (23 carries for190 yards for 17 points) was the only bright spot for the Autobots.  Both teams, a 4-8 were eliminated from championship playoff contention.

WITD Radio 72
Green-Ellis & Ham 96

Vince Young threw for 400 yards and rushed for 40 more (25 points), as Green-Ellis & Ham defeated WITD Radio.  Matthew Stafford scored 19 points, despite throwing 3 INT’s for WITD Radio.  With the win, Green-Ellis & Ham keep their championship playoff hopes alive.
